Cristiano Ronaldo, the international football superstar, who plays for Real Madrid, has been recently spotted playing on Full Tilt Poker against Daniel “Jungleman12” Cates and Patrik Antonius.

Last week, Jungleman12 commented on his twitter account: “Playing on Full Tilt versus Cristiano Ronaldo”. Later, he added: “I'm winning lol, fortunately not playing football”. “Jungleman12” is an online poker player who won more than $1.5 million from playing high stakes PLO this year and who teaches poker lessons for $1,000 per hour, rising up to $2,000 at $25/$50 NHLE tables.

Since “Jungleman12” and “CR7sete” played at much lower stakes than “Jungleman12” usually does, it is rumoured that Ronaldo paid him for coaching lessons, although he proved that he was not a beginner to the game. The match lasted for a couple of hours, but there were no major actions talking place during the game.

Cristiano Ronaldo was linked to “CR7sete” mostly because he wears the No.7 jersey at the Real Madrid football team. In addition to that, he is known for trademarking the motif “CR7” when he opened two fashion boutiques in Portugal under the same name.

Last Sunday, the Golden Ball Award Winner was seen playing against Patrik Antonius at a $25/50 NHLE table. Here is their chat history:
